As Peru’s building and infrastructure sectors grow. They need more dependable and efficient engineering tools. the Peruvian Chamber of Construction says that the building industry in Peru will grow by 3.8% by 2025.
Recently, a batch of high-performance D180 diesel pile hammers were officially packed and sent to Peru after completing all factory inspections and shipment preparations. This delivery marks that thediesel hammers made in China have once again been recognized by the international market. They will provide strong power for infrastructure projects in South America.

A batch of high-performance D180 diesel hammers was recently packed up and sent to Peru. They had passed all of the factory’s checks and were now ready to be sent abroad. This supply marks that the piling equipment made in China are once again respected on the world market. They will give South American building projects a lot of power.
Why the D180 is the Right Choice?
With fewer moving parts like crankshafts and piston rods, the D180 diesel piling hammer is easier to use, more reliable, and requires less maintenance. Because no external power unit is needed, operation is made simpler and associated equipment costs are decreased.
Its powerful functions are suitable for many projects. For example: highway construction, bridge construction, port construction and high-rise foundation construction.
It is capable of driving various types of piles, including steel piles, precast concrete piles, sheet piles, etc.
D180 Hammer Main Specification:
Impact Weight (piston): 22.5 ton
Diesel hammer leads type: Fly leads
Lifting equipment: Excavator, Crane, Marine
Pile hammer energy per blow: 384.3~610 kNm
Number of blows: 36~46 per minute

Operational Test
We will perform a pile driving test at the factory test base prior to the equipment being shipped.
- Use a truck crane to lift the hammer.
- The equipment has no fixed leads and uses Flylead.
- Pile type: round steel pile
First, place the hammer equipment and Flylead into the test base. Second, lift the hammer and Flylead with a crane and place them vertically on the ground. Third, lift the pile hammer with a crane and put it inside the Flylead. Fourth, lift the entire equipment and lower it from above the pile. Finally, start the pile hammer and start piling. Throughout the process, our technicians will observe whether themachine is running smoothly and verify whether all systems are normal. Discover any potential problems before the equipment is shipped in advance and save customers time.
This thorough testing process serves as our reliability guarantee. It ensures that when our Peruvian customers unpack their D180, they receive a proven and well-performing machine.

Prepare to Ship: Packaging
The D180 hammer and the accessories that follow are all tied to a steel frame. The Flylead is also fixed to another steel frame. The steel frame is then placed inside the container.
To stop them from moving while being transported, the products are expertly fixed. Every anchor point is thoroughly examined to make sure it can sustain the ship’s dynamic forces while at sea. This keeps other cargo safe in addition to the hammer itself.

Conclusion
The D180 diesel hammer – from production in our workshop to careful assembly, rigorous testing and safe transportation – is our romise to customers in Peru.
We are ready to help the South American infrastructure business deal with its problems by providing modern, reliable, and strong base solutions. We are more than just a supplier, we’re also a part of making the future.
