(2) Diesel Hammer
Its working principle is similar to that of a two-stroke engine, and it is the most widely used pile hammer at present, but it is a big public nuisance and has been banned in the central areas of some cities in my country.Scope of application: Light duty for wood piles and steel sheet piles; heavy duty for reinforced concrete piles and steel pipe piles; not suitable for piling in hard or soft soil layers.
(3) The main features of the steam hammer: It is a pile hammer that was initially used with steam and compressed air as the power. It was gradually eliminated after the development and use of the diesel hammer. However, due to the serious use of diesel hammer pollution, the steam hammer was used again. .
Scope of application: suitable for driving various piles, easy to drive inclined piles; if compressed air is used, piles can be driven underwater; it can be used to pull piles.
(4) Hydraulic hammer
Main features: powered by hydraulic pressure, it has the advantages of high impact frequency, large impact skills and less pollution. However, the structure is complex, the cost is high, and the use and maintenance requirements are high.
Scope of application: suitable for various soil layers and pile shapes; good inclined pile capacity; suitable for large-scale pile foundation projects with high precision requirements.
